For the third day of giving (and the fourth year in a row) we are happy to support Three Square Las Vegas with a $300.00 donation.  Until December 31, Three Square has all donations matched dollar for dollar, so our gift will go twice as far!  Every dollar provides three meals, so our gift will create 1800 meals.

Three Square provides over 17 million meals a year, and provides hot lunches for the over 200,000 children who are living with food insecurity every year in Las Vegas.

This is a cause that the entire team believes in, as it is an issue we address in our own office.  Sometimes when new employees join us they haven't worked in a while, and depending on the pay cycle it will be a while before a first paycheque.  Our team makes sure nobody in the office has to choose between a meal and transportation, and we encourage new team members to ask for support if it's needed.  Grocery cards are available to any team member who needs them, and our team often will cook large meals and bring them in to ensure everyone has lunch.  We stock simple food in our company kitchen, so anyone needing it always has breakfast and lunch.   Our core value of #CampgroundRules has been witnessed hundreds of times this year as employees support each other.

Even long term employees can sometimes struggle with food insecurity, as they transition to higher salaries they may lose access to SNAP, or medicaid.  It takes some time for your finances to normalize after a period of unemployment.  Some experience financial setbacks with an unplanned for expense.  Some employees have joined our company without stable housing or transportation - reliable access to food is one less thing they can worry about.  Watching employees become financially secure and then give back is extraordinary.

We believe in the mandate of Three Square - no one learns, works or contributes well if they're hungry, and we're happy to have a company where our team have each others' backs.
